Pitney Bowes Software Case Study sep

Pitney Bowes Software (formerly Business Insight) is a division of Pitney Bowes, a top Fortune 500 leader in innovative solutions that integrate physical and digital communications channels.  With a customer-centric focus, PBBI offers worldwide corporations and government agencies efficiencies in connecting with global customers through the maximization and evaluation of location intelligence.

With the development of their new enterprise-ready Geographical Information System, PBBI faced the challenge of communicating the ROI value of a highly technical product through an intelligent and engaging platform to connect with target audiences across a wide range of industries.

geekspeak combined strategy, creativity and insight to develop engaging sales enablement tools to complement the PBBI client-centric approach and established brand. With a focus on translating technical concepts into benefit-driven features, geekspeak provided the means to empower sales associates in communicating confidently with a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.

An intense research process enabled the members of the geekspeak team to become immersed in the GIS world, allowing for a deep understanding of this highly specialized field. Each communication tool was tailored to connect directly with specific audiences. The online video, a highlight of the campaign, commanded hours of involvement with research, stakeholder engagement, script and story board development, talent casting and recording, design and development.

Merging traditional and digital strategies, the scope of this project also included comprehensive data sheets, localized brochures, engaging sales presentations and persuasive e-mail marketing campaigns with broad reach in delivering targeted results.
